Foreplay is all about creating anticipation. Here are four activities that every guy should know. Use these and any variations that you invent and she will never know what amazing thing you will do next.

The first two ideas are not even done in the bedroom.

Massage her feet. Hey, this is the perfect foreplay you can do it while the game is still on! Women put a lot more stock in their feet than most guys realize. That is why they paint their toenails, have pedicures and buy those expensive heels that look so good, but hurt so much. Have her lay down on the couch with her feet in your lap. Tell you are going to do an experiment and that she has to indicate, without words, what feels good and what does not. Start gently kneading the undersides of her feet. No tickling! If it does tickle, increase the pressure slightly and continue. For many women, the area just under the toes, the bottom of the foot, and the ankles are particularly sensitive. After a gentle massage, go to light, fingertip strokes, concentrating on the top of the foot and around the ankles. Do not move up her legs. The idea is to drive her to distraction with anticipation. Do not give in. By this time, she should be moaning (since she can not use words) and may be begging you to go further. Life could be worse.

Ever thought of a candlelight bath, champagne and a razor? Take it easy on the champagne and be careful with the razor. One of the secrets that women will never tell you is that they hate to shave their legs. Another secret is that they would love for you to. Climb into a warm tub with her. Lather and shave one leg at a time. Ask her the best way to do the tops and bottoms of her knees. You dont have to tell the guys that you did it, but your girl will remember it forever.

How about a back massage? You do not have to be a professional masseuse to rub her back with good massage oil. Do not use baby oil as it will be too oily and do not use a lotion as it will absorb into her skin and will not stay slippery long enough. Light a candle and warm up the oil by rubbing it between your hands. Do not try to perform a deep muscle massage. Instead, after you spread some oil on her back, write the ABCs with the tip of one finger. Start at her shoulders and work down. You can write messages, but do not be surprised if she cannot figure them out. The area between her shoulder blades can be particularly sensitive in a nice way. If she is ticklish, use slightly more pressure. For an advanced variation, use soft art paint brushes dipped in the oil. Stop after about 10 minutes to avoid neck strain. At this point, you should have a relaxed, pampered mate, candlelight and massage oil. You can take it from there.

Undress her slowly. Too many couples get into the rut of getting undressed and jumping into bed to start their romantic interludes. It does not matter if you have been married a day or 30 years; this time stop and kiss her while you are both standing up. Start undressing her while maintaining the kiss. She will get the idea and may reciprocate. Either way, it will bring back memories of dating and will be fun. Womens number one complaint is that guys get into a sexual rut and are not playful or creative. This is one way to address both of those issues. Do not worry if you loose your balance or have trouble with a button. Laugh it off and continue. There is no smooth way to get your footwear off while kissing her without running the risk of falling over, so take off your shoes and socks first.
